Job Description:

Planet Consulting is actively recruiting a QA Manager for a client in Dunwoody, GA. This person will manage the activities of the QA Team and have six areas of responsibility for projects which they are assigned:

** Monitor product/project quality
** Perform an appropriate test process
** Coordinate testing schedule with all other activities in the project
** Collaborate with the project team and project stakeholders
** Study and learn
** Manage and lead the test team

Qualifications:

** Ability to follow all company policies and procedures as well as internal departmental procedures to ensure consistency in QA.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Knowledge of QA testing software required
** Ability to investigate and assess issues to make certain the correct solution is implemented
** Attention to detail and initiative for work responsibilities and continuing education
** Bachelor**s degree or equivalent
** 10+ years of experience in QA Testing
** Competency in the principles and practices of quality control as pertaining to software testing
** Certification relating to Software Testing or Software Quality Assurance is beneficial
** Financial Industry experience is beneficial
