People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Our AO resources can expect to:
- Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

The Application Support Lead is the lead Accenture representative to the Client for Corporate Application support management for the Client. The Application Support Lead is charged with managing the daily work activities of one application support team and the ongoing long-term relationship with the Client by delivering contracted services, monitoring contract financial responsibilities and ensuring quality service.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- minimum 3 years of Remedy, experience to include design, build, test, and/or support
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with Informatica, data warehousing, JAVA & reporting tools
- Proven ability to lead a team of developers, programmers and specialists
- Work planning

Travel Commitment:
- 5% travel to the client site could be required.
