Job Description
The CIO organization is responsible for maintaining Accenture’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and implementing our internal IT strategy. We provide a range of IT services across the company, including design and development of IT products and services, help desk support, network management and maintenance, workstation support, telecommunications and more.


  • Work with application teams and schedulers to provide in depth reviews of batch jobs and provide appropriate feedback regarding scheduling requirements and best practices
  • Build and support complicated or unique schedules as application processing requirements are defined
  • Participate in testing initiatives to ensure that adequate scenarios are identified and thoroughly tested
  • Build and maintain scheduling and operational documentation
  • Provide migration services and support during application deployments
  • Update/create documents within the ACOOL database
  • Identify and escalate issues, as appropriate
  • Understand, participate in, and comply to the change and incident management processes
  • Provide on-call support, as scheduled
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) program, as required
  • Provide scheduling metrics and reporting, as requested
  • Provide training to application teams as well as other members of Scheduling Services team
  • Document and share lessons learned to improve scheduling processes and best practices
  • Monitor the Remedy tickets as required and provide status on Incidents assigned to Scheduling Services
Interact with support groups (IO, CA and FNF) as it relates to Autosys

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
1 year Autosys installation, configuration and troubleshooting
1 year Autosys job creation and scheduling
1 year working knowledge of Microsoft products; Excel, Visio, Project


Preferred Skills:
SAP experience
SQL experience
Autosys R11 knowledge
Perl knowledge

Detail Orientated and strong organization skills
Ability to multi task
Flexible to work weekends/flex hours if necessary
Self Motivated
Ability to work with all levels of the organization; Managers, Sr. Managers, Executives
