The US Delivery Center organization is comprised of six delivery centers that create client value through innovative technology solutions primarily focused in Application Outsourcing, ERP solutions, Information Management Services, and Net Centric solutions. The Delivery Center model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients specializing in finance and accounting, procurement, customer service, human resources and other services..

Job Description:
The Oracle Technical Analyst supports Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain, and CRM) modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, or by providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Travel requirements: Upto 40%
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year development experience in at least 1 Oracle E-Business Suite RICE W capability.
- Bachelors degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Development experience in at least 3 of the development tools listed below.
1. PL/SQL
2. XML Publisher
3. Oracle Reports or Forms
4. SOA (BPEL, OWB)
5. UNIX Shell Scripting
6. Discoverer
7. Oracle Workflow
8. Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Developement experience in Java, J-Developer and Informatica is preferred
Professional Skills requirements:
- Teamwork/collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Balance and prioritize own activities to make sure critical items are addressed
