Be part of the team as an Revenue Cycle Implementation (Patient Access, Patient Accounting) Professional
Systems Integration professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. In this role, you will be responsible for redesigning client business processes, systems implementations and workflows as it relates to Revenue Cycle systems with Accenture’s Health Provider clients.
Role Description - Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager
Key responsibilities may include:
- Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities
- Assisting clients in defining key capabilities /requirements that will enable their strategy
- Defining application entrance and exit criteria
- Planning and managing application design and architecture activities
- Being recognized as a Revenue Cycle Expert (Patient Access, Patient Accounting)
- Creating project deliverable templates and standards (including coding standards, etc)
- Creating complex conceptual designs (including application interfaces and interactions)
- Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
- Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing application support
- Supervisory experience required at some levels
- Ability to meet travel requirements (80%)
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
- 3+ years of full life cycle implementation experience with revenue cycle software applications including but not limited to: EPIC - Cadence, Siemens - Soarian, GE/IDX - Centricity
- 2 + years of management experience
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Masters Degree
- Multiple full life cycle implementations in revenue cycle
- Experience with a large professional service organization preferred
