- LOCATION: CINCINNATI, OHIO
- CONTRACT: 2 – 7 MONTHS

REQUIREMENTS:
-
4 years experience in Mercury and Mercury Interactive Sitescope supporting Network, Systems, and Application Management tools.
- Strong working knowledge of monitoring and management platforms using Mercury Interactive Sitescope and Topaz/BAC Business Process Monitor.
- Experience in Mercury Application Mapping, Vugen, Solarwinds Orion, HTML, and Perl.
- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL, MOF, or FCAPS best-practices model(s)
- Experience setting up applications for monitoring and implement incident management.
- Experience leading or assisting technical design, development, deployment and maintenance of one or more enterprise monitoring applications.
- Work with peers to integrate supported technology.
- Maintain technical business requirements related to supported technology to enhance services provided.
- Experience in designing, developing, deployment, maintenance, managing day-to-day support and support delivery teams requirements.
- Maintain technical business requirements and enhancements for supported technology.
- Work as a technical liaison among peers in all business areas.
- Develop scripts or programs to utilize full functionality.
- Create strategy and maintain reports utilizing data collected for service analysis and customer benefit.
