Organization: Outsourcing Operations - IO
Location: Cincinnati, OH


People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (eg information systems, security systems, telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies.

  • Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
  • Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas

The RRSAM will be the conduit into the Regional Delivery Organization and facilitate the coordination of account-specific needs/issues and educating/promoting delivery capabilities/services back to the account. The RSAM’s primary "customer" is the IT Infrastructure Lead responsible for a particular client account and the RSAM serves as the single point of contact into the Regional Delivery teams, working through the SDMs, for addressing Global Delivery account coordination and client management activities (but not operational service delivery).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 8 Years IT industry experience
* Minimum of 5 Years of client delivery experience in one of the following:
- Networking
- Windows or Unix Systems Administration
- Oracle or SQL Server Database Administration
* Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in financial budget responsibility for project team(s)


Preferred Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in leading client service transitions
* Thorough understanding of Accenture IO Global Delivery Organization
* Training/Certification in ITIL Service Management Framework
* Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors or Data Centers
* Experience managing work efforts across multiple global locations
* Experience creating work plans and implementing large/complex IT work efforts on time and within budget
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage activities between multiple clients


Professional Skill Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
