Job Description:
The Order Fulfillment Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. This includes Master Data, Order Management and Inventory Management related processes. The Analyst interacts with business representatives, users, and others to understand Sustainment related enhancement requests and issues, and determine an appropriate resolution. This resource should be able to provide 24x7 production support when called upon as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Accenture, Teaming Partner, and client team members and executives to Support Sustainment mission and complete deliverables on schedule and with high quality
- Adhere to Sustainment Organization processes and procedures
Production Support
- Provide batch error resolution and performance tuning support.
- Provide on-call support rotation.
- Track and manage system transactional errors (IDOC, file, ePM)
- Investigate system transactional errors (IDOC, file, ePM)
Functional Priority List (FPL) / Hotlines / Warm lines
- Analyze and clarify hotlines/warm lines (break/fix requests)
- Analyze and clarify system change requests (SCRs)
- Create detailed functional requirements (DFRs) to address system change requests (DFRs document the high level systems design and how it will meet the SCR requirements
- Creating functional designs (FDs) for each system component requiring modifications in the detailed functional requirement (DFR)
- Support technical design (TD), coding, unit testing, and assembly testing for each system component requiring modifications in the detailed functional requirement
- Design, configuring, and testing SAP SD and MM configuration changes, post production support, support testing and identify/coordinate production preparation activities in support of FPL, Hotlines, and Warm lines
Customer Support
- Support day-to-day user requests (system process questions, initial investigations, etc.)
- Provide end-user training (as needed and approved)
Project Planning and Management
- Lead work planning and release scheduling activities for assigned areas and activities
Release and Transition Support
- Lead and assist with OF team support for cross-team initiatives
- Lead and assist with systems development life cycle delivery for cross-release initiatives
Functional Responsibilities
- Support Sales Order Management areas (Medical, Subsistence, C&T, C&E/Aviation/Maritime, NIMS standard and post post order management)
- Support Inventory Management areas (Stock Transport Order Processing, Receipt Processing)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of solution testing including Unit, System Integration and Regression Test.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Processing and/or Materials Management.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP IDOC Processing.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Processing and/or Materials Management Processing.
- 2 years experience working in MS-Excel.
Professional Skill Requirements
- Government industry experience.
- Knowledge of Accenture Methodology.
- Project management experience.
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Government security clearance.
- Familiarity with integration architecture transactions
