Job Description:

Lead .NET Developer
 
 
Requirements:
·         At least 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience and have managed at least 3 release cycle
·         Have managed team for the last 2-3 years
·         Understand and analyze functional specifications, and help shape them to address our customer needs.
·         Create and implement a scalable, maintainable, highly performing design for features.
·         Experience in handling large applications
·         Strong object oriented design (OOP) skills are required
·         Database design and application architecture experience is required
·         Experience with an object oriented high-level language such as VB.NET/C# and with a broad range of development and analytical skills
·         Experience with core MS technologies like SQL Server
·         Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
·          Ability to define/synthesize development methodologies, drive core engineering disciplines and lead a development group to deliver code that meets standards
