Job Description:
Provides senior level analytical and technical support for complex maintenance efforts. Delegates portions of assignments and coaches less senior developers.
Maintenance: Responsible for resolution and/or coordination of production outages utilizing situation management processes. Identifies and implements operational improvements, automation to reduce costs, system decommissioning and system replacements. Coordinates disaster recovery planning and hotsite testing. Creates and updates technical project documentation throughout the system development lifecycle.
This position is within the Channel Portfolio - Web Segment - Product Performance Team supporting the eCom Retail web applications including www.nationalcity.com and Online Banking.
