Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
People within the Client Operations-Other workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Job Description
Performance Management Specialist works with the Operations Group (OG) to assist the organization in the take-up, implementation, and use of metrics as a way of managing the organization. The team also works to establish a performance management capability within the organization including performance assessment, performance improvement, and accountability.
Specific job functions with include:
- Assist Operations Group in the take-up of the metrics process including -but not limited to- reports, meetings, and action plans as described in the Operational Metrics Management Plan
- Create and deliver weekly metric reports for the organization as appropriate
- Facilitate weekly performance report meetings as required
- Educate personnel on performance management and related topics (follow guidance provided in the Operational Metrics Management Plan deliverable
- Assist personnel in the use of the Analytics application; create reports and alerts as required, instruct personnel on how to use Analytics, educate personnel on the tools capabilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of selected metrics as required
- Recommend improvements to processes and applications (e.g. Siebel) as required
- Promote and assist in the take-up of transformation processes
- Introduce and facilitate the development of performance expectations for management
- Develop organization unit
- Facilitate the development and execution of reviews for performance and goal progress (business operations reports)
- Facilitate the development and execution of root-cause analysis and plans for improving operational measure performance based on goals and strategy
- Develop and execute against additional measures and processes as needed to support program goals and mature Operations Group’s performance management capability
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- 2 years of professional experience in the area of performance management and process improvement with client services or IT industry

- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio proficiency
