Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
People within the Client Operations-Other workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Job Description
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant works as part of the overall team to mature CRM for the organization (e.g. customer insight, customer experience). The consultant follows the team project plan while adhering to Accenture CRM methodology. The consultant is responsible for the day-to-day activities of themselves and anyone they may supervise. They are responsible for producing quality work products.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for delivering work products on time, on budget
- Responsible for assisting the organization to improve customer experience
- Provide guidance in terms of the management process; assist DS in the take-up of these processes
- Performs support activities as needed to execute business processes
- Expands client knowledge of CRM and associated processes
- Analyze business needs and recommend improvements to processes and applications as required
- Create supporting materials for communications such as lunch and learn sessions, scope documents, client presentations, etc.
Work with other client organizations (Quality Management, Governance, O&M etc.) as required in support of the business process
Anticipate issues proactively and escalate to management as appropriate
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance is required
- 3 years of experience with process improvement experience
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 year’s related experience
- Knowledge of CIO Organizations
- Business Education (e.g. MBA)
- Knowledge of CRM Applications (e.g. Siebel)
- Experience with Analytical/Business Intelligence Tools
