Accenture Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Job Description
SAP Technical Architecture Consultant on the Technical Architecture/Infrastructure Team will work primarily with the Client, ASP and the Accenture team to implement (analyze, design, build, test & deploy) the Technical Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management process required to support the technical services and technical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Accountable for the Technical Service Level Agreement Management process.
- Assist with scheduling and tracking system architectural components during system design, build, and test.
- Work with team and other contractors to create SLA deliverables.
- Assist technical requirements.
- Work with the customer and end users to understand and define the overall application and technical requirements, as they relate to SLA’s.
- Work with other technical architects to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, leadership and understand the complete technical infrastructure environment.
- Accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines/quality standards.
- Required to direct work within clear budgetary guidelines set by Technical Architecture lead.
- Supports business process excellence improvements within the Technical Architecture environment.
- Allocates resources and responsibilities within the team to deliver business results.
- Assist with scheduling and tracking system architectural components during system design, build, and test phases.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 years technical experience
1 year ASP(Application Service Provider) experience
