Job Description:

Contract duration: 12 months

Position Title
Architect - Senior WAN Architect and Application Performance Assessment – Service Provider/Large Enterprise environments. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations of WAN performance and architecture as it relates to the delivery of real-time applications such as Voice and Video Over IP. Network Architecture & Design Assessment. Network Performance Assessment. Application Discovery & Performance Assessment. Development of recommendations to facilitate refresh/optimization of current environment and/or insertion of new technology into current environment
Required Technologies
CCNP (CCIE preferred), Advanced IP routing (OSPF, BGP), DMVPN, MPLS Architecture Subject Matter Expert, Network/Application Assessment and Gap Analysis Ex, Technical Writing, Verbal Communication, Cisco IOS fluency, US CITIZEN with ability to successfully pass rigor Highly seasoned internetworking expert with design and troubleshooting experience with DMVPN, MPLS and advanced routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. Extensive design and practical experience with converged internetwork, (Voice and Video over IP, QoS, CAC, etc.) Must have previous practical experience is analyzing application traffic for the purpose of network optimization utilizing tools such as NetScout, NetFlow, etc. Qualifying candidate must have consultative skills and previous experience applying a structured engagement methodology to assist organizations with requirements definition, strategy development, technology evaluation, solution development, integration planning and integration.
