Network Services/Support - Provide Level 1/2 network support, 24X7, 12 hour shifts to include: Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools and platforms, operations, configuration, and troubleshooting. Ethernet; DHCP; Switching; VLANs; Routing protocols security, etc.
Required Technologies
Networking, network protocols, VoIP, CCNA, Must be US Citizen Requiring individuals who have achieved or are CCNA certified and intermediate knowledge of network topology.
