People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.



Our AO resources can expect to:


  • Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
  • Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas.

In the Security and Compliance Manager role you can expect to:



  • Provide security and compliance leadership for client in the financial services sector, which includes meeting Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and vendor security requirements.


  • Work closely with the client’s security and PCI subject-matter-experts and manage Accenture’s PCI compliance program for this engagement, working with the Accenture delivery centers to attain and maintain compliance.


  • Maintain the client's security policy, security operations manual and current knowledge of the payment card industry standard and other regulatory requirements for the client.



  • Establish and evolve the PCI audit schedule with the PCI QSA and a positive working relationship with the client security and PCI subject-matter experts.




  • Prepare for and participate in project client security and compliance visits and audits to delivery centers.




Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years Information Security experience
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience with two or more of the following technologies:

    • Data Networking (routers, firewalls, and/or intrusion detection systems), Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, Microsoft XP, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SMS, Security Event Management or Log monitoring systems
  • CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification, or demonstrated ability to obtain certification within 6 months
Preferred Skill Requirements
    • A minimum of 1 year experience leading a PCI certification program
    • A minimum of 1 year experience in the Payment Card Industry
    • PCI Auditor training
    • ISO27001 Auditor certification and/or 2 years ISO27001 implementation experience
    • A minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Security Architect
    • ITIL Foundation certification
    • Experience working with international teams on a remote basis (India, Argentina, Brazil)
