Job Description:

Contract duration: 12 months

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analysis;
* Develops the means for subjective evaluation of vehicle systems or components under test;
* Analyzes data to ensure that correct conclusions are reached;
* Develops major hardware proposals to carry out test activities;
* Directs a team of test engineers and technicians on specific programs;
* Coordinates the acquisition and deployment of engineering tools and human resources for major test or development programs;
* Originates unique approaches to solution of experimental investigations;
* Integrates sophisticated measurement systems with test hardware;
Required Skills/Experience:
* 5 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience;
* Major Systems expertise;
* Expert in all aspects of experimental test techniques, including analytical, physical subjective evaluation of components under investigation;
* Highest level of competence in use of computer-aided data gathering systems;
* Ability to originate complete program definitions for assigned investigations;
* Thorough understanding of relationship of design, build, and test cycles in organization;
* Oral and written communication skills to communicate total program needs and results;
* Ability to manage, plan and evaluate the work of others in team situations;
* Extremely high level of analytical ability where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult;
* Experience in Sealing & Fastening, Engine Head and Block - thermal and non-linear analysis is required.
Required Education/Training:
* BS in engineering
