Java Developers and Agile Mentors. Qualified candidates will have successful experience in the following: - Must be excellent communicator with the ability to mentor others in Test Driven development - Must have experience with Continuous Integration setup - this includes the technical and best practice process aspects - Must have the ability to break down tasks in a visual manner to achieve a desired solution Ideal candidates will be: - Simple, direct, and honest in dealing with others - Responsive, flexible and adaptive to a changing work environment - Diplomatic, positive, and constructive - Very consultative in nature - High velocity - Excellent communicators Knowledge and/or experience with eXtreme Programming, Scrum, TDD, or other agile methods is a big plus.
