Position Title
Engineer - Data Services Engineer I. Troubleshooting of Frame Relay, Point-to-Point, IDSN, ATM, and MPLS Networks. The job responsibilities include: First level technical support for the Clients Enterprise Network. Responsible for the deployment, implementation, and application cutover of new sites for our customer. On-going field maintenance for the hardware that comprises the Enterprise Network. Site updates and documentation in our internal database for the client.
