Job Description:

Contract duration: 8 months

Description:
* Responsible for reviewing technical requirements/documents for new radio features and products;
* Designing and developing tests from these requirement documents;
* Participating in requirements and test inspections;
* Execution of test cases and analysis of test results.
Position Requirements:
* Experience Level: 7 to 10 Years experience with software/application testing;
* Some software/application development experience is helpful;
* Working knowledge of relational database (Oracle and SQL Server);
* Working knowledge of test strategies and processes;
* Ability to manage test defects and manage them to closure;
* Be able to generate data sets to test applications;
* Ability to create and manage test cases that fully test the requirements as well as the functionality of the applications;
* Create automated test scripts using QTP and other related off the shelf tools;
* Ability to write test cases from the requirements, design documents, and codes;
* Develop Test Plans for Automated parametric measurements of RF performance characteristics on RF Transmitters/Modulators;
* Design, implement and operate Script based test routines, utilizing standard and custom SW to control standard RF lab equipment (GPIB or similar interfaces);
* Review, organize and analyze test results and reports from these tests;
* Develop and maintain modifications to existing test fixtures;
* Monitor ongoing tests on Production Test Stations;
* Operate and maintain DVT Test Stations.
Experience/Skills Recommended:
* BS/MSCE, BS/MSCS, BS/MSEE or equivalent;
* Testing Methodology background;
* High Level knowledge of proper operation of software to be tested;
* SW Development Process;
* Programming experience;
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
* Ability to work effectively on a team
