Job Description:
The candidate should be able to design andadminister the Network with over 100 employees on a wide area network andstrong experience with Web based hosted environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Strong administration skills on Hardware such as Dell, Cisco, HP systems and the Software such as Windows Domains, Exchange, IIS, Citrix, FTP, Veritas, Symantec and SQL Server etc. - Design, Evaluate and setup of hardware and softwarerequired for Hosted network and RD. - Strong Documentation skills on equipment setup and usage, network policies and procedures and change management. - Assist employees with day to day networking problems - Assist clients on hardware and software installation andadministration JobRequirements - Extensive experience on designing and maintaining secure networks - Extensive experience on designing and maintaining hosted networks - Extensive experience on Web based hosted solutions - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonalskills - Main go-to person for internal help desk issues and webbased hosted environments - Availability for occasional shift timings, night andweekend support - Must be able to lift or move computers and other networkequipment up to 50 pounds or more Additional Desired Skills - Experience on multi tier domain environment, clusteredservers, SAN/NAS etc. - Experience on Disaster Recovery process and procedures - Experience in hardware and software procureme andinventory management - Experience on Sarbanes Oxley procedures - Experience on working with software development company - Experience on MS SQL Server Administration Education - Bachelor's Degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in relevant field and capable of managing responsibilities independently. - Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco etc.
