Job Description:

Contract duration: 6 months

Description/Comment: Diagnose and repair PC related problems and image/deploy PCs in a Wintel environment.
Skills/Certifications:
* Strong customer communications skills;
* Basic networking skills desired;
* 2 to 4 years PC experience, 1 yr Cisco exp.
* Working knowledge and understanding of Windows based systems;
* Ability to work independently and as a team member to accomplish project tasks;
* Identify and diagnose problems with PC and related network hardware;
* Able to identify defective parts and order them, track replacement parts and meet required SLA's.
Type of Equipment:
* IBM PCs;
* Windows 2000;
* Windows XP;
* Vista;
* MS Office Suite;
* IBM and familiarity with IBM hardware;
* DELL PCs;
* HP Network Laser Printers;
* Phone experience a plus
Skills/Roles:
* Wintel - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
* HP - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
* PC Technician 1 - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
* IBM Hardware - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
* PC Maintenance & Repair - Intermediate Level 4 years required
* Printer Maintenance & Repair - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
* Dell - Intermediate Level, 4 years required
Certification/Credentials Clearance:
** A+ Certified Required
