Job Description:

Contract duration: 8 months

Description:
* Responsibility covers Software/Systems Engineering Tools, including DOORS, ClearCase, and ClearQuest on both classified and unclassified networks;
* Duties include issue resolution, planning, budgeting, tracking of actual costs, working with vendors and internal communications across the company;
* Other responsibilities include requirements analysis, task estimating, and coordinating the tasks of assigned SEs;
* Employee will perform assignments in all aspects of project lifecycle: requirements definition, planning, coding (Batch/Shell Scripts), implementing, maintenance (including product upgrades & integration), task completion tracking, and conformance to CMMI Level 3 processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years IT experience;
* At least 3 years in supporting and/or managing similar engineering applications;
* Bachelors Degree or higher;
* An active or recently active Secret clearance is required;
* Specific expertise with one or more of the following systems is required: DOORS, ClearQuest or ClearCase is required;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Proficiency in writing and presentation development is required;
* Prior CMMI or SEI training or education is desirable;
* Experience in supporting J2EE, Oracle, and UNIX environments is a plus;
* Knowledge of Rational Suite, MathCad, MatLab, System Architect, Tau, and license server on both classified and unclassified networks is a plus.
