Job Description:
Overview:
ProLogic, Inc. is currently seeking well qualified candiates for a help desk position in Pittsburgh, PA. The NETL IT Engineering Support (ITES) contract provides IT services and engineering for the National Energy Technology Lab (NETL) in PA, WV, OK, and AK. Work includes enterprise architecture, enterprise engineering, sustaining engineering, server and desktop support, networking, and security. The ITES contract also provides the Human Resource information systems for the entire Department of Energy (DOE).
Responsibilities:
Individual will be required to field calls and emails from users on a number issues including, PC Desktop support, network support, and application support.
Fundamental understanding of call center operations.
Good knowledge of MS Windows XP and MS Office suite. Strong customer service skills. Exposure and basic knowledge of networks.
Qualifications:
0-3 years experience
College degree preferred
Familiarity with one of the top ticket processing software programs is a plus.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
