Overview:
ProLogic is currenlty seeking well qualified candidates for the position of Senior Software Engineer in Uniontown, PA.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include the development and integration of multiple technologies to develop new software applications and programs.
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Skills:
-5 to 10+ years of professional experience in the industry
-experience with multiple: C#, .NET, Java, J2EE, XML, UML
-Familiarity and interest in SOA technology, Web Services, visualization technologies, weather information modeling, database and/or GIS technologies such as ArcGIS
-Experience with modular software design in general and object-oriented design (OOD) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles in particular
-Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
-Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle
-Enthusiasm for writing great software
Education & Training:
BS in Computer Science or related field
Previous Department of Defense software development experience helpful
