Location: Burbank, CA
People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Our AO resources can expect to:
- Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
- Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science degree; preferably in CS or ECE
- 2 years experience in running a software development team
- 2 years experience in managing & supporting operating enterprise applications
- 2 years experience delivering integrated software solutions
- 2 years experience in working with Java Application Servers and IDEs
- 2 years experience in working with Enterprise RDBMS Servers
- 2 years experience in working in Unix based server environments
- 1 years experience with communicating with Director level stakeholders
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
- Expertise in J2EE-based application development
- Knowledge of Websphere Application Servers
- Oracle development skills (PL/SQL)
- Skilled at working with data in an Oracle RDBMS environment
- Skilled at working in a Solaris/Unix application environment
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Network topologies and technologies
- Software development effort estimation/methodologies
- Expertise in standard enterprise software testing procedures.
- Expertise in communicating directly with client stakeholders and business unit sponsors
- Experience building or maintaining enterprise media-based applications
- Experience delivering integrated software solutions using SOA
- Experience implementing any system for a media company
- Experience with Enterprise Digital Asset Management or Content Management Systems
- Experience with Enterprise Metadata Models or Taxonomies
- Experience with WebObjects application servers and/or web applications
- Understanding of digital graphic file formats (JPEG, TIFF, PSD, etc.)
- Knowledge of standard web technologies (Javascript, HTML, AJAX)
- Knowledge in ESB’s and BPM tools in WebLogic (ALSB, ALBMP, ALUI)
- Knowledge of WebLogic Server
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate
- Skills with 3rd party media processing or movement applications such as Telestream FlipFactory, Thompson media processing, Aspera file transport, etc.
