Job Description:

The SAP Business Systems Analyst (Production Planning and Quality Management - PP/QM) acts as a representative to a specific department or operational group for enhancement/modifications to existing business systems and to participate in work coordination within the IT Business Systems team; gathers information, creates and proposes specifications for projects; with approval, creates the project teams to develop/test/implement. Provides training, documentation and direction; evaluates processes to improve accuracy, efficiency or capability; updates business systems; seeks opportunities to improve overall operational performance and financial results of the company.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field OR 5+ years’ experience in required skill sets • 2+ years’ experience in area of support • 2+ years’ experience in SAP systems • Six Sigma and/or Variance training preferred • Advanced leadership, customer awareness, use of rational process, initiative/ motivation, interpersonal skills and commitment to safety, environment and quality.
