Job Description:

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Defining, documenting, configuring and implementing the functionality of the SAP Business System. Using specialized knowledge of business processes, best practice and SAP functionality to ensure that the business system(s) functionality correctly services the needs of the business.
 Implementation of new business processes to support business objectives. Working with users and project team management, facilitates and manages the process of blue printing to design and document the “to be” business processes that are implemented according to SAP’s ASAP methodology.
 Documentation and training - business systems functionality. Document functionality, develop training plans and present training to company employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Three to five years of related experience or training in Information Technology and/or a Sales role in which the business system provides mission critical support.
 Three to five years of related SAP experience in configuration and support of the SD module.
 Experience with Variant Configuration
 Knowledge of systems analysis, design, development.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
 Ability to use influence strategies to resolve conflict and gain consensus.
 A strong commitment to customer service.
 The ability to work both in a team environment, and independently with a Excellent communication skills.high degree of self direction.  
 Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
 To be reliable and available to work after hours and weekends when necessary.
 To be available for frequent overnight travel.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Two or four year degree in Information Technology or Finance related field.
 Steel industry knowledge
 Knowledge and experience with other SAP Modules highly desired (MM, LE, QM, FI)
