Description
The Retail Customer Experience group (RCX) QA group is responsible for testing the software produced by RCX as well as the overall health of the software in production. Our teams of Software Developers in Test are engaged at automating our testing process and building tools that allow us to efficiently test and monitor the health of our software. Our SDE-Ts leverage open source technologies as well as tools developed in-house to cover new software created by our development teams. Our client is in the process of building tools for supporting emerging web technologies such as AJAX, as well as high capacity performance testing tools and security testing.
Qualifications
RCX is looking for a Principal QA Engineer who is a thought leader on quality and operational excellence and is able to create and implement a strategy driving the quality of RCX products to a world class level.
Successful candidates would have10+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems including test automation, test harnesses, and test plan repositories.
They would provide consultative software test guidance and strategic, long-range direction associated with the development and modification of software test applications or operating systems.
A successful candidate would have deep background in functional, performance, load, stress, security and integration testing and possess great communication skills both in person and in writing.
