Corporate Accounts Software Development Manager
 
  
Description
The Corporate Accounts development team is engaged in building B2B platform and serving our corporate and institutional customers. The team is involved in all aspects of the business, from providing the software tools our corporate-customers need, to building new offerings and new ways for our large customers to purchase products and services.
 
The Corporate Accounts team is looking for a talented and passionate team leader to manage the development process and to drive our business to new heights. The team leader is expected to have deep technical capacity and combine hands-on system development expertise with a strong business drive.
 
Qualifications
A successful candidate would have:

Experience with all facets of the software development lifecycle, providing technical leadership in driving the design and implementation tools and services.  A track record of managing and delivering software projects is essential, as is the ability to lead a team; define project technical requirements; work with technical and non-technical users; and produce robust, supportable software 
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading strong teams and solving complex business problems in a dynamic, challenging environment 
Strong business sense and the ability to draw and implement a long term vision for the business. Experience in managing business partnerships and participating in the sales process 
Broad knowledge of C++ and Java in a Linux/Unix environment as well as agile software development methodologies and Scrum. Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging and web issues is desired 
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics is requirement with a preference toward graduate work in Computer-Science or Business.
