On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client in Switzerland we are looking for an experienced Quote-to-Contract Business Process Expert (Q2C) to join their Digital Transformation project. In this role you will be working on the Quote-to-Contract business model concept development team (eg for Indirect Sales, Managed Lab Services, etc.) as part of their digital transformation.
Tasks:
- Collect and consolidate input on different business models and their implications on the Quote-to-Contract journey from relevant stakeholder group
- Create a fact base and build a comprehensive, cross-market view on existing variations of certain business models
Develop holistic, global business model concepts including potential simplifications and translate the concepts into needed features on the Q2C solution roadmap - Develop holistic, global business model concepts including potential simplifications and translate the concepts into needed features on the Q2C solution roadmap
- Drive the endorsement of the developed business model concepts across key stakeholders Q2C business process guidelines development
- Identify needed global business process guidelines and collect feedback from affiliates' subject matter experts
- Consolidate the received input and generate global guidelines for business operations in the area of Quote-to-Contract
- Drive endorsement of the guidelines across key stakeholders Business model concept and guidelines operationalisation
- Ensure business model concepts and guidelines are published and made available for respective subject matter experts
- Bring relevant content to Proposal-to-Contract network teams to increase the global adoption
- Infuse business guidance into Quote-to-Contract Next Gen ARTs
Experience Required:
Senior Management Consultant consultant with +5 years of experience in business strategy development and a good understanding of commercial operations business processes (in particular quoting, contracting, and contract fulfilment) in complex selling environments preferable healthcare and IVD
- Pharmaceutical/Life-Sciences industry experience
- Organisational and project management skills, ideally also knowledge of SAFe
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills to manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal)
- Good ability to summarise complex problems to the essence for decision making
- Strong stakeholder management skills
