Our client, a leading asset management firm are looking for someone to join their Operations team on an FTC basis. The role is primarily focused on enhancing effectiveness and efficiency through the examination of current procedures and the implementation of standardisation and automation. Initially, the emphasis will be on processes related to their fund's portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Review processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions aligning with business needs.
  • Document processes, create procedural maps and define internal reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct a thorough inventory of team process.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience within Investment Management/Private Equity
  • Proficient in crafting innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to dissect problems, identify root causes and generate solution alternatives
  • Skilful in adopting diverse perspectives to tackle issues, drawing connections across various processes and data points
