Data Business Analyst - London Market, Data Product Lifecycle, SQL, Agile, Python, Permanent - London

A fast-growing global Insurance broker situated in the City of London is searching for a Data Business Analyst to join their newly formed Data & Analytics to play a pivotal role in their data driven transformation.

This will be the first Business Data Analyst hire into the team and this role will require a technical adept and business savvy candidate who can handle a diverse range of tasks. For example, you will be responsible for mapping data from applications to their Data Lakehouse, ensure data quality through cleaning, profiling, and assessments to support the various teams.

To be considered for this job, you must have the following experience:

• It's imperative to have worked in a London Market Insurance setting.
• It's imperative that you have experience with the data product management life cycle.
• A proficiency in SQL for in depth data analysis is mandatory.
• Prior experience of working in Agile teams and using tools such as Azure Devops/Wiki/Confluence/Jira is mandatory.

If you have any of the following, it will be considered a bonus:

• Any prior experience of working in a data product team.
• Any data management experience would be helpful, with a particular focus on data profiling and DQ analysis.
• Any prior experience of Python will be a bonus.
