A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to work within the Business Applications and Analysis team to provide support for our platforms across the business, in particular Finance systems.

I am looking for you to have solid system/process experience, ideally with Intuita or other finance systems. You will be proficient in MS Office including Visio and have knowledge of ITIL.

To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers. You will be process orientated with good attention to details and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.

Key Accountabilities of an Application Support Analyst include:

• Provide day to day support for our Finance system Intuita and to be the primary point of contact for administrative support to the system's end users.
• Manage system's upgrade projects in conjunction with required parties.
• Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
• Work with team in learning and providing support on the other business platforms.

Job Offer

This is an exciting 12 month maternity cover. Hybrid working with 3 x days at site per week.

Salary on offer is £55,000 - £65,000.
