Great opportunity to work as Senior Project Manager - Oracle Database Migration for a high profile, well-loved brand within IT Service company, based in UK. We are looking for an experienced, articulate, motivated, reliable and pragmatic Senior Project Manager to deliver this hugely important project.

The role will involve:

• You will be leading a large scale, complex Oracle database migration (11g to 23c) as part of a large scale tech refresh programme
• The Senior Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a complex high risk project or multiple projects, produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
• Effective management of the project baseline. Defines the project requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue traceability Matrix is complete
• Manages the agreement process of the project requirements and objectives with the Project Board or appointed project assurance role. Operates along Fujitsu's working practices ensuring compliance with local project management policy and procedure
• Delivery of project to time, cost and appropriate quality.

Required Skills:

• The candidate must have a track record of demonstrable Oracle database migration projects to time, cost and quality.
• Large scale Oracle migration project experience Covering
  Oracle database migration
  Oracle database upgrades
  Migration of Servers from differing operating systems
  Performance testing
  Goldengate bidirectional replication
• Technically aware - capable of interacting with technical and non-technical team members
• Engaging/communicating with Oracle management, sales & support
• Awareness of escalation processes within Oracle
