WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Campaign Performance Analysis

Apply statistical and analytical skills to process and evaluate campaign performance data, uncovering trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Calculate and predict campaign targets and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations.

Identify trends and insights to guide decision-making and optimize campaign strategies.

Develop new metrics from various data sources to customize data sets for client requirements.

Create data visualizations to present findings in an engaging and understandable format.

Conduct thorough analysis of large data sets to report on KPIs and forecasts.

Reporting and Communications

Deliver detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

Generate regular performance reports, presenting findings and insights to internal teams and clients.

Maintain consistency and accuracy in data collection methods.

Develop and manage data to monitor trends and historical performance over time.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs more effectively.

Project Support

Assist with larger projects, including client and competitive audits, strategic planning, and bespoke client needs.

Support client and competitive audits by analysing relevant data and providing insights.

Assist in strategy projects to develop data-driven growth strategies.

Conduct social listening tasks to gather and analyse mention data.

Collaborate with accounts teams to deliver tailored data and measurement solutions for diverse client needs.

Monitor social media trends to offer new solutions for accounts teams.

Conduct uplift or creative review studies with partners and platforms, maintaining strong relationships.

DIGITAL DATA ANALYST - ESSTENTIAL SKILLS

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, particularly in a marketing or media setting.
  • Proficiency and ease with organic social media marketing data (knowledge of paid media analytics is an added advantage).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, capable of handling and manipulating large, complex data sets.
  • Experience with leading social and digital analytics tools/platforms, as well as native analytics (specific experience in creator/influencer marketing is a plus).
  • Proven ability to create and manage insightful dashboards.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Python coding skills are advantageous but not essential.
