IT Infrastructure Support (Permanent)
Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: £30k - £34k per annum + 10% Discretionary Bonus + Benefits
IT Infrastructure Support - 2nd Line
Hybrid role - mix of onsite 2 days in Bristol office and remote 3 days working from home.
Focussing on Microsoft Technologies and Network Infrastructure Support so recent hands on experience with the following are essential:-
- Windows Server Administration - (Managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers)
- VMware Virtualisation - deployment, management, performance optimisation
- Networking - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Network configuration and Troubleshooting
- Azure Cloud - Provisioning and managing virtual machines, storage networking
- Microsoft 365/Office 365 Support
- Security best practice - ISO, SOC, Cyber Essentials etc
- ITIL familiar
- Dealing with escalations from the 1st line
