Business Analytics & Data Analyst (Contract)
Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £400 - £500 per day
One of out leading technology clients is looking for an Interim Head of Business Analytics.
Role: Interim Business Analytics & Data Analyst
Day Rate: £400-£500pd Inside IR35
Hybrid: 2 days a week in Central London
Contract: 3 months initially
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of analysts and be responsible for the application of data within the business
- Drive excellence across data, building best practice, and acting as the principal analytics business partner to stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Develop and implement data led analysis of the company's revenue performance, customer experience, lifetime customer value, and operational delivery
- Own, curate, and govern the library of reports and dashboards on their data platform to support the weekly rhythm of business delivery and performance management
Key Requirements:
- Extensive practical experience in data analytics roles, within an E-commerce/D2C business
- Experience drawing insights from data analysis to support strategic decision making
- Strong management experience and a successful track record of building, inspiring, and leading teams of analysts/data scientists
- Expert understanding of data mining, data transformation, and statistical methods; advanced SQL and Python/R skills
- Solid background in data governance and reconciliation, with exposure to financial and E-commerce related metrics and fluency with data visualisation tools
This is an Interim opportunity, with 2 days a week travel required to a Central London location.
