Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Contract)

Location: City, London 3 days and home based Country: UK Rate: Market rate for level of experience - Inside IR35
 

Working for a tier 1 global Bank the Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager must come from a long term Banking Financial services background and have an experience managing the following:

  • Service Management processes (eg Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Request, CMDB tooling especially Service Now, Knowledge Base).
  • Operation of Service Management functions, ie what they do and how they work.
  • Complexities associated with transition of SM processes from one organisation to another, at an operating model level and technical transition level, eg trusts, shared infrastructure, data transition/ownership.
  • Function of the Service Desk, Service Management platform and the underlying tools and data involved.
  • Transition of live services from one organisation to another, including associated support model.
  • Preferably with experience in corporate integration/M&A initiatives

Currently 3 days in the London City office and 2 days from home
