PHP Software Developer (Permanent)

Location: Birmingham Country: UK Rate: up to £50,000 (DOE)
 

Role: PHP Software Developer

Salary: up too £50,000 (DOE)

Location: Birmingham

A fast growing, certified B Corp retailer is looking for a PHP Software Developer to join their agile and scaling development team.

The position will entail engineering APIs to facilitate communication between the various business systems, as well as integrating with third-party solutions and feeds, including couriers, payment gateways, digital asset management, and more. Even though the business has a reputable customer facing site, you will primarily (but not limited too) be working on their Back End business tooling systems. These may include VMS, POS, IMS and other operational/fulfilment based systems.

Experience

  • Experience with Laravel framework.
  • Exposure to Front End development with JavaScript frameworks (Vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue.js)
  • Very good understanding of APIs design and integration with third party interfaces (SOAP/REST/Graph QL).
  • Proficiency in database management, specifically MySQL, MariaDB & Amazon Aurora
