Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge on Agile methodology is a must.
• Knowledge on robotic and test automation is required.
• Significant experience in client support activities and in testing activities on multi-platform/complex environment.
• Knowledge of Securities Services and/or Systems is an asset.
• Knowledge on data quality and data automation is an additional asset.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office tools, Excel Visual Basic, Power Platform and IA is a must
• Good command of English is indispensable. Command of French and/or Dutch is an additional asset.
• Good influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal. You are able to communicate with a diversity of stakeholders.
• Mobility: This is a function across ESES entities - travelling is required.
• Softs skills: adaptability, open mind, creative, analytic mind, client centric, innovative mindset

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capability to analyse and assess business requirements documentation.
• Design business functional tests scenarios, plans and run tests cases.
• Coordinate and drive tests in collaboration with other departments (IT, Commercial, Operation )
• Support the operation teams to adapt their procedures and assist them to roll-out changes.
• Support proactively clients on their requests and ensure the effective quality.
• Report KPI testing dashboard, analyse key points and evaluate the potential risks.
• Be able to test robot and to use new automation tool to improve our testing process and to set-up data.
