Business Process Analyst (Adonis) (Contract)

Location: Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: Market conform
 

Please note this is a Brussels based role therefore candidates need to be based in Belgium on a full time basis.

ADONIS experience is MANDATORY.

Role

Performs the mapping of multiple as-is' process through the use of workshops and interviews. Requires significant experience in process mapping (use of ADNIS is a plus) utilising the BPMN methodology. Acts within the framework of the organisational strategy and ethos respecting relevant policies as well as the directions of the reporting manager.

Interacts with stakeholders at various levels, requiring developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade. Makes decisions involving the use of judgment with an emphasis on the ability to resolve issues or escalate as needed. Focuses on the delivery of results as outputs are subject to periodic review against targets. Independently evaluates, selects and applies relevant advisory techniques, processes and skills, using judgments in making adaptations and modifications to specific context and issue.
