SAP FICO Project manager (Contract)

Location: Brussels area Country: Belgium
 

Job Description:

As the SAP FICO Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP FICO projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, in collaboration with stakeholders.

  2. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and deliverables.

  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.

  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and quality standards throughout the project life cycle, conducting regular reviews and audits as necessary.

  6. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing the impact on project objectives and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

  7. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate project activities and deliverables as needed.

  8. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation to track project milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation.

  9. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels throughout the project life cycle, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
