Service Delivery Manager - infrastructure
Service Delivery Manager with strong experience working across infrastructure, data centers, cloud and workplace applications required to join a global industry leading client in Northern Spain. On site position in the Basque region, excellent commute from Bilbao, San Sebastian, Pamplona, Valladolid or Zaragoza.
Long term contract, 3-4 year project.
Key experience required:
- Proven experience working as a Service Delivery Manager for a global enterprise
- Deep understanding of the following areas - infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing and workplace applications
- Strong stakeholder management skills - will report to C level executives
- Expert level experience with incident/request management, problem management, change/release management, Availability and capacity management
- Strong management skills - teams of 40-50
- Experience on Upgrades, Migrations, Performance Tuning and advanced Root cause analysis
- English and Spanish language skills
