We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on managing hardware assets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to hardware asset management.
• Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific hardware asset management needs.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to accurately represent hardware assets and their relationships.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline asset management processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications related to hardware asset management.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve asset management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with specific experience in hardware asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Scripting languages such as GlideScript and Jelly.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in the context of asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.

Mainly remote with occasional trips to Luton - Circa £550 per day outside IR35
