Front End Developer - Outside IR35 - Remote - eCommerce (Contract)
Location: Remote - United Kingdom Country: UK Rate: Market Rate
 

Front End Developer required by a market leading global technology consultancy for an immediate start on one of there high profile projects....

Core skills required:

  • Core member of the web development team to develop enterprise-level E-commerce Front End solutions by using Typescript, Vue.js/Nuxt.js using Composition API (version 3), Storybook
  • Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues
  • Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with Back End development and QA teams
  • Provide recommendations to Team Lead to improve development procedures, systems and tool
  • Proficient in Typescript
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Storybook
  • Good knowledge of JS in Node.js environment (ES6 and ES5)
  • Knowledge of JS build engines like Webpack, Vite or Rollup
  • Experience optimizing Page Speed with tools like Lighthouse
  • Experience with Git
  • Unit-testing (Jest)
  • Client-side performance optimization targeting Web-Vitals

Nice to have:

  • Tailwind CSS
  • a11y standards
  • Nitro.js or Express.js
  • Experience developing Front End applications for Headless Architecture
  • Experience in SFCC/Scayle/Commercetools E-commerce platforms
  • Experience in Amplience/Storyblok CMS platforms
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Cloud platforms GCP/AWS/Microsoft Azure
