AI/Machine Learning Consultant (Junior to Expert level) x4
Location: Hybrid (Mainly London based - ad-hoc on-site)
Duration: 6 months rolling
Rate: £400pd to £1200pd DOE (Negotiable - please tell us what you are looking for)

Reporting to the Head of Consulting, you will be responsible for leading Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engagements, whilst also helping to establish and champion the direction of the AI & ML capabilities internally within the business.

Though this position requires demonstrable hands-on experience in AI/ML, this is a position that will require you to wear many hats:

Main Responsibilities:
. Lead the strategy and architecture transformation of Legacy enterprise-scale platforms, incorporating modern technology stacks with AI capabilities.
. Drive innovation by conceptualizing and implementing AI functionalities within enterprise platforms.
. Collaborate closely with the clients senior management, providing architectural guidance and technical expertise on complex business and systems issues.
. Strategic planning and business case development in the intersection of AI/ML with other architectural domains.
. Advise clients on emerging technology solutions to enhance their offerings and propositions.
. Champion the use of AI/ML and data analytics best practices, and provide workshops, training, and coaching to teams to modernize applications.
. Mentor and lead other architects and engineers, ensuring high-quality architectural solutions.
. Promote ethical frameworks and guidelines for ethical AI use within organizations.

Desired Experience:
. AI and data consulting experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
. Establishing end-to-end data-driven solutions leveraging AI and/or ML capabilities.
. Leading strategy and architecture transformation of Legacy enterprise-scale platforms, incorporating modern technology stacks with AI capabilities.
. Datamodelling and building data engineering pipelines
. Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms).
. LLM, NLP, deep dearning, data analytics, Datamodelling, and enterprise-level use cases using Generative AI foundation models such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
. Designing and implementing computer vision solutions and algorithms.
. Enterprise-level implementations of Generative AI systems, and their deployment under an outcomes-driven approach in a consulting environment.
. AI frameworks, tools, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and JAX.
. Knowledge and experience in programming languages like Python or Julia, and data streaming platforms such as Spark, Beam, Flink and Kafka.
. Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns.
