Salesforce Solution Architect

Contract Duration: 3-6 months (OUTSIDE IR35)

We are currently seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join us on a contract basis and contribute to our exciting projects.

Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet our clients business needs. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture to guide the development team, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system integrations and customizations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Lead the development team through the implementation process, providing architectural guidance and best practices.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and integrate new features and functionalities as needed.

Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a track record of successful implementations.

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, especially, Service Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration strategies.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
