Head of Delivery:

A global professional services firm, listed on the NYSE and generating revenues in excess of $4 billion require a Head of Delivery for an extensive technology overhaul for one of their key banking clients. This programme will be underpinned by a greenfield Salesforce implementation but will also involve implementing other sales and marketing technology platforms.

As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for mobilising 50-60 resources across multiple regions to ensure the successful delivery of this 3-5 year technology transformation programme. To be successful in this role you'll need to have an extensive track record of delivering technology programmes within financial services and you'll have a strong understanding of Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 20+ years experience within financial services (ideally some within banking).
• Managed complex technology change projects end-to-end.
• Experience implementing Salesforce as part of broader technology overhauls.
• Managed onshore, nearshore and offshore resources.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and systems architecture.

Role: Head of Delivery

Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in London, 2 days from home.

Salary: £150,000 - £160,000
