Our Central Government client, a leading organisation in the IT Service Manager group, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Incident & Problem Service Manager!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve major incidents and problems across all priority levels.
Drive enhancements and improvements within the team to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance ways of working and deliver a user-focused service.
Daily Rate: £500 - £550 (Daily inside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, 1-2 days in the office as needed. National Base
Security Clearance: Candidates who hold an active SC Clearance are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience in managing major incidents and problems.
Strong ability to gain buy-in from the team and drive positive change.
